I agree with a few reviews on the size but great bagels, coffee and prices plus I can finally go somewhere and get one well toasted unlike others in the area who are scared to do it.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a scooped out egg everything bagel. I specified no salt pepper ketchup, but my sandwich did have ketchup on it. I let the cashier know who apologized and offered to fix it. I witnessed someone else behind the counter simply scoop out more of the bagel to remove any trace of ketchup. Rather than getting a new bagel. Insane. Obviously there was still some ketchup on the sandwich. Delicious sandwich but that's an egregious lack of professionalism.

In comparison to some of the other bagel shops in the area (like Tommy's on Rt 33) It's nice that they have a grill and take credit cards.  This gives you the option of getting pork roll egg and cheese/ bacon, etc. vs. just a cold bagel with cream cheese. The overall appearance and feeling of cleanliness leaves a little to be desired- there is nothing specific that made the place a "no go", but it could definitely benefit from a mop and Mr. clean. The hot sandwich options are what will bring me back for now.

At first glance, Eli's comes off as a 2 star establishment: they're small, limited selection of bagels (8, I believe), and the staff aren't overly friendly.  Folks, there is no novelty here, Eli's does bagels, and they do it right! I stopped in this week, after printing some documents at Staples, it must have been around 11am, and they were still well stocked. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with walnut raisin cream cheese, toasted.  Behold! This may have been the best bagel I have ever eaten. Thought I would take a quick bite and enjoy the rest at home. The bagel didn't make it out of the parking lot!

If you're looking for a great bagel, Eli's has it, if you're looking for something novelty, Doritos, multicolored unicorn bagels, this is not the place for you.

I've been pretty unhappy with the quality of the bagels in the area lately. I was working in the area and figured I'd stop in Eli's for a quick bite. I agree with other reviewers in the fact that the counter help is a bit snappy and rude. But as far as the toasted everything bagel with butter I got ($1.85), I was pretty happy. It was so hot that I had to let it cool, just the right amount of butter, and it was a true everything bagel with more than just poppy and sesame. My only complaint was that it was a little small compared to other local places. The crust was crunchy, the inside was soft, and the price was reasonable. Definitely give them a shot!
